    samething here, reseted my router to get new IP, but get banned in a few minets..........only runing on bot, with human workin at 12km and delay set to 5000

    I've had similar issues and seen others across the forums have the same issue using different bots. Generally it appears when you use more than one bot, which is likely as you say due to your IP and/or possibly similar device details under the config or auth files depending on bots. I've also seen mixed success of people using VPN's, but personally can only confirm its only ever been temporary and hasn't come back since i run my second bot on an entirely different network and system.

    Even with VPN's, being an IT security expert (or at least that's what i'm employed as lol), it is possible, but not certain of course that Niantic may/could detect known VPN's, device "fingerprint"/configuration data. I'm sorry it doesn't answer your question but best to try alternative VPN's and bots as well as ensuring your device data is different than default. Regardless eventually we are going to get increasing security changes by Niantic, including another API change or bans, certainly before they implement Pokemon trading.

    I got the same issue here, I try every bot that I can use but still got no pokestop around message. Then I try to open PoGo using NOX and I didn't see any pokestop, gym, even pokemon. I try to jump to other place and still got the same problem. Maybe someone can give me some explanation why I got that error and how to get out from that error?
