Where can we farm Dratini?

Hey guys! I'm new here. Amazing community, really helpful and full of people who know their stuff. Thank you all.

My question is about farming a specific pokemon, like Dratini, without sniping (I wanna bot as safe as possible).
I usually placed my bot walking around in Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf (san francisco) because they told me it was full of Dratinis. It was
But now they disappeared, dont know why.

Can anyone suggest how to farm Dratini?

Well any place that has water nearby...pier 39 is a good spot and ueno park tokyo too....they are no nests for dratini anymore...they just spawn from time to time..as long as u bot around water u should catch a few here and there..thats about ur best chance.

Pier 39 is still a good spot, I'm there right now. Dratini will spawn not just Pier 39 but throughout the entire length of the Embarcadero road, which is a fairly long stretch.

However, there are a lot LESS dratini here now then there used to be. They used to spawn every couple of minutes, now it takes much longer for the next wave of spawns.
I only saw it spawn twice so far, usually I've caught 5+ by now. Niantic probably realized how unfair it was for the 99.9999% of players who don't live in SF.
