Would I be able to keep an account if i only have access to the email account? At the moment i was just thinking of putting an authenticator. Also, would there be any way to sell the account?

You will need the Sq/A to the account. Then it will be a game and someone will have to stop eventually, You could change the email though. This would be your best bet.

It will not really help if you only have the e-mail. You can't really do anything with that because you don't know the secret question answer. You actually can put an authenticator on the account, and buy some time since he will have to call Blizzard in order to take it off. When you do this make sure you scam as much as you can on his account and sell the gold.

First choice, scam all you can on the account. I think Blizzard will be closed all day today
because of the holidays so you won't have a problem with him re-calling.
Scam gold and sell it to mmofly. (I think they give you $12.00 for 1k).

Second choice, you can sell it to someone on Markee with some fake information and
use the money to buy stuff.

Third choice, go look at all the guides we have in the SCAM section.

I don't think you can even sell the account,
You can trade, but not sell. Also you could give away.

with email and account name you can recover pass, from there with the name/pass and email you can change from his email to yours, from there I would dig around on his email looking for what possible first and last name he might have used, usually pretty good shot that youll find it,....i always do....change phone number to yours.... and since now you know his first and last name...youd call blizz say you forgot it, they would send you an email to your email saying SQ/A recovery....you get someone to make you a fake ID using First and Last name you already have on the account, mail it in to blizzard with the form attached that they send you to fill out.....they give you his SQ/A, and then its a fight... good luck....but prolly not worth it unless you want his characters or just mess around with him...
