I need help with Accounts Website, Hamachi

Hi, im using Hamachi and Ascent Emulator.
I need some help!
Because i have no router, i have modem and it has no router site i don't need to create ports.
So my problems are:
How to leave hamachi and get a static ip with my modem?
How can i setup a website for Ascent if i have no password in mysql?
Because when im using programs that requires password for mysql when i leave it with no password, it says it cannot connect.

In your configs you have the wrong info to connect to the Mysql Db or Make sure you have the Mysql running.

I have a problem, i downloaded the files then im making the links to mysql but when im making account it is loads some errors and it makes nothing :yuck:

I also changed in my Server side the config
And it says when i click create account:

The file /F:/Program Files 2/newwowserver/Register Website/<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']; ?> not found. Check the path.
