Limited Paypal Account

Hey, scammed some chinese guy and he sent $150 USD to my fake canadian paypal. Immediately (within seconds =P) tried to buy Microsoft points off a site that sends you the code in an email, and my account was instantly limited. Now I need to provide proof of shipping and a CC to get my account unlimited and access my uber $150 from my first scam >.> Anything I can do here? Willing to pay for help

Ok, now To get a CC, just buy a virtual Credit Card, and for the Adress i guess you could put your real one, or just some fake one.. but the virtual credit cards you can get like $5 on them or something.. Alot of ppl here at MMowned use them to unlimit or activate papypals or what not.

i had the same with a chinese some time ago. if you have a verified paypal and got his adress you can send him some candys or something and provide tracking details to paypal. If your not verified , then your screwed because paypal will ask you to verify phone,adress,bankaccount etc
