Have a great idea for a scam, but have a proxy issue.

Have a great idea for a scam, but have a proxy issue.
After reading another forum i found a post explaining how to Launder paypal money without being Held/Locked/Frozen, etc. Seemed pretty legit, people have had success with it and it and ive never heard something like it.

It requires a proxy (other than tor because paypal and tor do not get alone because of the IP changing)

Ive looked all over the internet and i cant find one that actually works (maybe i just dont know how to set it up correctly?)

    1. Tried "FoxyProxy" and every Proxy i found, i typed it in and i get "connection timed out" so i gave up
    2. JAP- Just doesnt change my IP

So im pretty much stuck, so if someone can find a legit way to get on paypal with a proxy and give me details on how to set it up, ill post the scam

Have a great idea for a scam, but have a proxy issue.

Try an anonymous IP address which you can find on google. Search Proxy lists.
Dunno if this is what you need.

Look for SOCKS5 proxies, and use them with the Firefox addon FoxyProxy. They have better speed and renders the web better than a regular "webproxy".
