When I tried to rep a guy minutes ago, I got this:



yet this shows up in my profile settings:

Yes it's capped at 5 for your user group.
I apparently have 9 rep power but can only give 5 due to only being elite.

That's strange. I've never heard of that, was never mentioned in the handbook.
So now I have to get legendary to be able to rep more than 5?

I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure it's capped that way so people can't bump someone half way into a new rank. Not sure why you would need to give more than 5 anyway. Toss them some core coins or something if you feel they deserve more.
