I get this error several times and I can't figure out why. I changed directx to volcan and vice versa, reinstalled the script several times, anyway, when I enter the map, the script crashes. Is there a way to fix this?

Can anyone share their flask triggers for offensive and defensive magic flasks? Kind of have trouble coming up with them especially for defensive flasks where i might need the flask to avoid a one shot.

We already have a private discord
Hacks and game cheats are also against discord's TOS, so any public discord will get banned quickly and only help to fragment the community.

Does the popup box from the preload file alert to everything in a zone i.e. vaal side area, rogue exiles, unique strongbox and essence for example or does it only alert in the first thing it encounters in the file, so if vaal side area is listed first it will only alert on vaal side area and you won't be aware of the rest of things. If it covers everything that's ok. If not how do I configure to make sure it alerts on multiple things at once ?

Covers everything.
If I did not reply to you, it mean the question you are asking is stupid.

Awesome. Is there a way to display all the things alerted on ? The text in the pop up only displays one match. I’d like to have all the matches displayed as text within the box if possible

I would need some screenshots before I can answer that. I need to know your current preload alert configuration & an example of showing 1 item only and also size of the preload box.

Screenshots of current preload config and example of current pop-up notice. The text is hard to read but I assume I can change that. It shows Vaal side area but if there are strongboxes or exile or a hideout or Krillson I won't know they are also in the area because there is no text indicating that. Other thing I'd like to do is alert on certain things, so I could alert on Krillson but ignore other preloads in an area if I wanted. Currently I'd have to remove the other preload items to do that. It would be cool if there was some sort of if/else I could use to be selective.

first of all, it's great that you are adding your own preloads, however, do you know that there are existing preloads in the first post that you can use to make your life easy (https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/att...i-preloads-txt).
I see that you are doing 1 mistake when adding your own preload i.e. you are not providing the full path. for example `ExileWitch2` should be updated to `Metadata/Monsters/Exiles/ExileWitch2`. Also, FAQ-1 in the first post talks about how to properly add a new preload, feel free to give it a read.
-> The text is hard to read but I assume I can change that.
yeah 100%, read the howto in the first post to understand that.
-> It shows Vaal side area but if there are strongboxes or exile or a hideout or Krillson I won't know they are also in the area because there is no text indicating that.
Once you fix your preloads let me know if it still doesn't show it. Also, you can use Data Visualization -> CurrentAreaLoadedFiles -> Search to figure out why it isn't showing (i.e. maybe POE game is not even preloading it when you enter the map/area).

Sounds like a good feature, I will add it in the TODO list. So basically add a feature so user can enable/disable the preload on mouse click.

Thanks for the feedback.

- I did use the preload file from page 1. It doesn't have the metadata line for any of the Exiles. My mistake in not noticing that. I'll grab the metadata as per the guide, plug it in and test it out.

- Yeah that would be cool but it's not exactly what I was thinking of. The popup occurs for all of the preloads are in the zone. I have a script that runs without interaction till it sees the pop-up, then it stops and I take over. I only want it to stop if a popup appears AND there is say a Vaal side area. If the text in the box lists all the preloads in the area and the scripting language can read it then that would achieve would I'm after.

If you don’t want to show a preload alert in the preload alert window ( pop up by your wording ), where do you want it to appear? If the answer is nowhere, then what’s the difference between that and just disabling that specific preload line?

I do want all the preloads to show, but I only want to act on specific ones. After giving it some more thought I realise this isn't something I should be asking GH to handle. That's something I will need to figure out with the script.

I think I understand what you are talking about. I can implement a feature that dump preloads ( if found in a map) to a file which your script can read and alert you on that. Which preloads are important and should be dumped can be selected/configured by user.
