It will default to harvest, no matter whats up in maps(forest). Had plenty maps with different bosses, and no harvest and the preload still showed
harvest. In campaign you can easily spam for new zones and it will preload correctly.

Delete that preload then, looks like the preload is broken

I deleted my preload and downloaded the one from your first post (10th december).
This is what I get:
As you will see, preloads says I have ritual boss & harvest on mechanic...
Nothing of this is present on the map.
I got 2 corners with nothing present, one with the blue wisps guy and one with the chittering eggs.

"chittering eggs" tgt is not only eggs, it is random harvest or eggs, there is no way to determine it 100%, harvest and eggs using the same tgt there

Sorry, should have been more clear. Delete the row in the preload alert settings that say harvest in red color

Everything is accurate in campaign. Im not sure if Ritual boss worked in maps before. I deleted Ritual Boss as well, and that seems to have fixed the issue so far.

Hmm, in that case, I won’t look deep.
If something is accurate before and not accurate now I can look at it. ( campaign doesn’t count ) If something is unknown before and accurate now then there is nothing to look at from my side. Just consider it broken preload and delete it and move on.

Your GH config is corrupted, Nuke old folder and download it in a new folder don’t forget limited user method on that new folder.
