I feel GGG is gonna do something with their anti cheat now.. Mass ppl reporting on pre loads for specific mobs for mass currency drops

As far as I'm aware, preloads have been in (mostly) the same state as they have been for many leagues now. Monster "preloads" are ONLY loaded in your local bubble (about 3 screens).
We used to have the ability to see things like chests, beasts, etc when entering a map... but GGG has fixed those cases. As usual, another misleading reddit thread.
Anyways, OP has requested this thread be locked. He may be done with supporting GameHelper.
