    So I found a way to reproduce the corrupted are false detection without logging out if anybody still cares:

    Go to a corrupted area -> Tp out to town WITHOUT zoning/tping back into the area in which corrupted area spawned in -> Go to your hideout -> Next instance you create will always be tagged as one with corrupted area.

    I also wanted to ask if it would be at all possible to implement a single biggest QoL i always missed in PoE and your thoughts on it. Basically a pickup hotkey which clicks on the closest highlighted item on the ground.

    also has anyone been banned recently using this?

    2. Never heard anyone beaing banned cuz of this tool. IF they were some who were banned they were probably using maphack and other stupid shit like that

    First area that you enter when starting the hud, will be always a false report of a corrupted zone. After that everything is fine....
    I dunno how to fix it, is nothing wrong with the code, it's the same code for more then a year...and worked fine until this league.
    To avoid any false report, for the first area that you enter from ho..or town, create a tp and come back to refresh the hud.

    Just sayin', I've been banned and I only used the official version that was posted on the GitHub itself and it was days after he had updated it. Many others reported the same thing. They CAN detect it and if they choose to actively check your account, they will catch you. Not saying not to use it, but I feel like SickBro misled you. I was banned 5 or 6 months ago and have since started a new legit account.

    Can anyone help with this issue? Just kinda point me in the right direction. I have deleted and re downloaded the github file so I would have a fresh poe.hud. But, each time I run the program after a few minutues I get the above issue. I have to ctrl/alt/del to even get it to turn off when it has that error above. I would appreciate any help.     No,,,,dont try to talk like i'm trying to decieve someone. Let me be clear. I myself did not see any proof that someone was banned using JUST this, Everytime someone was banned they were asked this question - " Did you used maphack/any other hacks ? " And the answer was yes,,or we never heard of them again. I never used those,,even when this tool was having those i was just using item alerts and such. I have no reason to use others. Im not racing and other things,,more or less im a casual player who wants to have some fun.
    I have/use 4 accounts,,1 of them have 4 supporter packs and i never had any problems.
    P.S. All i'm trying to say is,,if I get banned,i will know it was JUST becouse of this tool,,not anything else. Stay safe and be careful guys.

    Well consider this telling you that I've been banned for ONLY using this software to tell me monster mods on screen and I got banned. If they send the request to the server, you will get caught. It's just not automated to be done frequently, that's all. It IS detectable. The disclaimer on the github was put specifically when the ban waves started happening, I was part of that banwave ONLY for using this software. And I am a mostly casual player as well.

    Yeah,,no question about that,,it is detectable,,im just saying,,,most of the people were banned cuz of the OTHER tools,,,but yeah,,,this one CAN get you banned,,its just not intrusive as bot and maphacks. Stay safe.

    Bro .... You are totaly wrong. I dont even understand why you are so certain of what you say and how you can convince yourself that's true.

    1st thing, several people was banned only using HUD. Be sure on that point.
    2nd thing, be sure PoeHUD is detectable and bannable, as they said it many time and even after the last release without MH, ZoomHack, Fullbright and particul stuff.
    Thirdly, you can't (actualy) be banned for cheats you used in the past when they load AC on you.

    When you ask someone to know if he used several cheats then he says yes, you have to dissociate if "he used" or if "he was using". Cause according to the 3rd point, what he used doesnt help us. What we wanna know its what he was using when he get caught. And i can assure you some people has been banned only using HUD.

    These questions " can i get banned using this ?" or " is this tools safe ?" are ****ing nonsense.
    There will always be a way to detect cheats. If you decide to use it you take the risk to be banned someday. That can be after 1 hour or that can never happens but in any event the risk is real.
    As it says on the first page :

    Using PoEHUD is against the rules and can get you banned. You have been warned!

    Discontinued Features no longer available: (DO NOT USE THESE IN ANY VERSION)
    Maphack
    Fullbright Hack
    Zoom Hack
    Disable Particle Effects

    This does not mean that PoEHUD is not against the rules or will not get you instantly banned.
    You use this at your own risk. In this particular case the only 100% effective method is abstinence.
    Do not risk what you are not willing to lose. There is unlikely any way you will get it back
