VM on Parallels working, thanks!
Hey, just wanted to get something cleared up. I used this just about a few hours before the patch hit and I instantly fell in love. Is the program up and running currently or are we still waiting for an update from you Pushedx? No worries if we are still waiting, this is an amazing piece of work you have done here and it's worth the wait!
Yeap! See (ExiledCheatersPlatform (1.X))this post for the new version.
i love ur prog! but i use autohotkey to id my items fast etc. and it doesnt work when ur prog is active...is there a way to bypass this?
Any ETA on the bot part of this?
I'm currently working on porting the bot stuff over as we speak. I don't have an ETA, but I'm trying to get the basics integrated into ECP as soon as possible. I'll make a bot development thread in General Discussion later to get some ideas and to track development progress. The bot will start out really simple, then have more stuff added to it over time. It'll probably be heavily user assisted to start, just to speed up deployment time, and then evolve into something more fully automated. If I tried to make the best bot with all the bells and whistles from the start, I'd probably be developing for another 6 months and never have anything released.
This release of ECP featuring the non-bot stuff was to serve three purposes:
1. Fill the non-botting void for cheating tools in PoE.
2. To give people something they can see for themselves hands-on to understand what I can do and my dedication to doing it (for reassurances to anyone who wanted to spend money on my work).
3. Make sure the direction I'm going with the project will actually work out. The bot stuff is going to be using this non-bot stuff. While I've had to make some changes, it has been really useful.
The new version works pretty good for me, didnt encounter any bugs yet
I have a small suggestion, which I think its very useful
After selecting a path in the pathfinding gui the form should automaticly close. I find it a bit annoying that I always have to press the x afterwards. This would be a useful lil change in my opinion
It is possible to make cheat like auto-attack or something like this?

When it's checked, that GUI will auto-minimize, and when it's not, the default behavior is kept. I'm actually in the middle of some updates right now (bot stuff), so I can't put out this change right away, but I'll try to get a copy up a little bit after the first Descent race is over, as I want to get a few things setup to log data from it!
I ended up fixing some more issues with that GUI.
A word of caution about using this stuff in races. If I were GGG, I'd be saving the path traversal map of everyone playing (since there's not that many people doing races) and checking over them afterwards. People using maphacks or this tool to get to the next area would stick out like a sore thumb. While it's questionable how much data they'd want to accumulate before actually banning someone they thought was cheating, you should be really careful nontheless.* Improved the pathfinding GUI
- The state is now kept between instances. For example, if the GUI is minimized and you change areas, then the new GUI is also minimized.
- Added an "auto-minimize" setting by request to auto-minimize the GUI after choosing a path. This only triggers if the path was found.
- Added an "auto-maximize" setting to override the state between instances. If you wish to have the previous default behavior, you will need to enable this.
- GUI should now auto-close when you go back to login screen, either through a DC or by logout.
- Fixed minor bugs that would happen when trying to enable the GUI while not in an instance.
- GUI should now auto-open if you enable it and towns before being in an instance.
This is especially true of the new Descent races, as no one knows the layouts beforehand. I could probably get them all + the new Act3X/4 stuff in the client using an emulator, but I like to be surprised. I had checked out a few areas in Act 3 before it was released, but it's much more satisfying seeing the real thing when it's live and experiencing it for the first time.
I think if you are going to use this in races, you should probably turn off map-hack and greatly limit the use of pathfinding. Perhaps only using it as a guide to find waypoints if you can't find one in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, you are progressively risking more and more if you are going for a top tier prize. I won't actually be using my project when I race simply because I enjoy the non-standard races as-is. Also, their "let's kill off random people feature", aka desync, certainly adds to the suspense when you are playing without any cheats on.
