what can i do to get the account?

I have this info: the account name (confirmed) sq/a (confirmed) cd key (confirmed)

i also have his full name and address but theres no way of telling that that is his real stuff.

He also sent me photo id but I dont know if its valid, I told him to send his passport or something but he told me he was from Denmark and all he had was an ID card that had his name on, so he sent me a photo of that.

edit: actually turns out hes the 2nd owner not the original so the photo is probably useless since its his id, not the accounts.

so I dont have his password (or any previous ones since i never actually logged into his account) and i dont know what the email address registered to his account is although he was talking to me on msn with one that might be it.

so what would my next steps be to get the account quickly?

Send him an email using a fake mailer saying your Blizzard. Use all the information you have against him and say to prove you are Blizzard you "pulled that information from his account." If you want I can make an email format for you. Just add me to MSN, should be easy.


Also check Myspace and Facebook for his full name. See if he has an account, if so facto, take the email from it.
(with his email you can go to retrieve email, change email to yours, then change the password to yours. Because all you need is SQ and email.)

ok i sent him a fake paypal email that said "he had received the money but it will take a few hours to process and appear in his paypal account".

so now hes waiting for it to appear.

so i asked him for the password now that he "knows" he has the money and he said ok but he will only do the email change after the money is in his paypal account.

so when i logged into account management the full name was right well i think so anyway since it was Bob Smith and the account said Bob S****.

and im pretty sure his email is the same as the paypal email he sent to me because it begins with the same letters.

so what do i do now? lol. to change the email to mine?

Go to account page, and recover lost pass, and then Change Email.

i have all information except the email change :P.

i am thinking about using their webform at World of Warcraft Europe -> Support -> Billing Support

but, i dont know what to say. because ages ago on a different account i said my email was hacked and they said "oh if ur email was hacked then u must contact the police or someone else not us" or something. so what should i say to make them actually change the email?

also anyone know how long it takes for them to reply to the form?

yeah but before when i said my email got hacked they were like "Oh, if your email got hacked dont tell us about it its nothing to do with us, this is a serious matter and we cant help u, u must contact blablalbla instead"

Okay, at recalling I am very weak. My skills are equal to 0, all I know is what I've read. And I think it is first time I see sucha reply from them (!).
What do You think, what would they say if You told them that Your e-mail got hacked and You've closed it?
