The inventory dump button just clicks where my flasks are instead of inventory. Was there a way to move the box correctly so it clicks inside the inventory?

BuffUtil is not recognizing skills inside the skillbar , at least Withering Step for me. Anyone else ?
I think ReAgent can do the same job but unfortunately there is no pre-existing file to learn from some patterns like Stashie and I'm kinda lost.
