If i scammed an account, and i would like to change the passw name and the other details i should change my ip adress on my comp too? Or i should go a netcoffee or smthin? Blizz can track this if not?

You can use a cc because your going to want to get that account banned asap after you xfer that character. Otherwise when the guy recalls it he will submit a gm ticket then they will see the account it was xferd to then xfer back and ban your account.
