Got banned permanently as well. I checked email tho, no any more detailed explanation than regular breach of ToS.

woah, i wish i've never seen this topic. got banned, permanently. only used like 11k karma. is it possible to lift the ban somehow or to turn it into a 72 hours one at least?

I'll surely try to appeal, but I highly doubt it, considering how huge impact would it have on the game if they actually left this unpunished.

Having 50/50 HoM attached to my account along with it being a Digital Deluxe and having already spent money on the cash shop, there's no way in hell I'd buy again. Hopefully when it says permanent it just means "72 hour suspension" (it's weird for some people to be perm banned and some only 72, especially after they said for the first couple weeks they were going to be lenient).

Unfortunately i believe its not mate . Check the error messeages people got for 72 H ban they are completely different
