what would the coniquences(sp?) of scamming a account

Well.. AFAIK if you dont scam any real money you will only get your account banned.

if they have a credit card in it cancel it so next month they aren't paying. so after that your free

As said above, if you leave the credit card on. Then you can get in trouble
