Wanting an EU account for RMAH but live in Americas.

So after chatting with a GM and finding out the details I made a new battle.net account with my country as the Netherlands. If I bought a D3 license I could go on the RMAH with this. Also the GM stated that I could use my North American Paypal account on EU and wouldn't have an issue with bans or anything like that (have a transcript of the convo if you guys want to see it). The only problem I encountered was that you need SMS protect to use the RMAH besides an authentication and Europe as your accounts region. After chatting with a different GM he said your mobile phone needs to be in the country that your account is under. So is there someway around this? Some sort of program to give you a number strictly for SMS? Preferably something free or a one time fee if this even exists.

He can just use a VPN to get an EU-ip.

I only received 3 sms in the time i played D3 and used excessivly the rmah... you could ask someone from the forum who is from NL.

that's not true? at least not for germany - so you're implying that you wont need sms verification if you're from NL? but then why would you need to ask somebody?
