Diablo 3 Poker!

Hey Everyone,
I am coming over from DemonBuddy where I had a long post that got removed about haveing a Diablo 3 poker game for D3 gold US. They recommended I come here to try again so here it is!

I've always been a big poker fan and I suggested a tournament earlier which got a lot of interest, so I thought I'd just get this thing going. At first I tried having people email their availability, but quickly realized that would never work so I am just picking a day and depending on how the first game goes, maybe we can do a weekly tournament.Currently set for: This Sunday the 7th at 7:30 et. I am just making up all the rules, but any suggestions are Welcomed!

Rules and Regulations
The Program you MUST download: Pokerstars at Poker Online | Play Poker Games at PokerStars.com. - This program is free, It allows for a custom poker club that I members can only join upon invite. Allows for easy tournament customization.

Game Type: Texas Hold em' No Limit.
Players per table: 6
Buy in (you use play money): 25 million Diablo Gold NORTH AMERICA.
Breaks : NO
Payout : Winner Takes All
Blind intervals : 10 mins
Starting chips : 5000
Minimum players for active tournament : 2
Max players: 2000
Max per table : 6
I already Have a custom room set up with the rules and I will have it reoccur every Sunday.


Keeping it Legit / Membership Requirements
If you want to be in the tournament mentioned above you have to send me the following:

1) A picture of you logged onto a US Account /w Battle Tag / current date in the corner of screen. This isn't private info you can see them on battle.net website
2) You must Message me your PokerStar Name EXACTLY.

Once you pm me that I will send you the Invitation link via pm which has our club number and invite phrase. You will then be a permanent member and can log into our club any time.

Payment to winner: Guys the only way I can see this working is honor system at first at least. If we develop trusted members who can hold the gold that would be great but I don't really know this community that well. Again suggestions welcome. If we had a dependable person that everyone trusts to hold the gold, we can skip all this security nonsense and welchers wouldn't be a problem.
My plan is as time goes on, the fair players will be made clear in our exclusive club. And new enterers will have to pay up front while the original players and older players will eventually be listed in a different rank where they are good for credit.

Once you are Registered in the club, you simply sign up for any tournaments posted (hopefully we can get more then 1 going a week) And the tournament title will be a binding contract upon registry.
Example : 25 mil diablo gold winner takes all, 10 mil top 10 percent paid out.. whatever.

IF you DO NOT UNREGISTER FOR A TOURNAMENT AND IT STARTS... YOU ARE IN IT.
No if's ands or buts... I don't care if there is a storm... if you didn't unregister in time tough luck. You pay or your blacklisted. There is no withdrawing from a tournament that has started. There are also no refunds of what you pledged to pay... If you forgot/act of god and you don't pay, you will be removed from the club (one of the features on pokerstars) and unable to join any future tournaments.

Anyways these were my overall thoughts.. I have set something up but if someone wants to make suggestions improvements that would be appreciated.
If the buy-in is too high/low let me know we can change it. I figure most of us have billions so 25 mil is really just a game for fun. We can raise it or lower it as time goes on. Lets have this first game and see how it goes.

So if your interested, At LEAST pm me that you are. maybe we can get a conversation going in here about a better way to deal with security. A holder of the money is the most obvious but I don't know who could do that. The other option is higher security and black listing people who Welch.
