hello,
When i open patch.MPQ in MWS, the Character Folder is not there. I carried on with the process anyways and in the end nothing happened, none of my models changed. Please help. thanks

If you are getting the wrong game version erros, you have a bad ME.fix, try looking for a new one.

and with the new patches, i think it was changed to everything in 1 CHARACTER folder, just do the guide using the 1 folder instad of 2.

Is it possible to do this with WoWME? Instead of Model Edit Fix?

Hi, I used your guide (Race to Race) to the nearly final step, but then you say open "Notepad.exe".

There is no such thing as "Notepad.exe" in my WoW Folder, and if it's ment to be a renamed ME.Fix file, which of the files were to be copied into the WoWfile? I copied the entire map with programs which are needed to use MyWarcraftStudio (provided by your link).

Im a complete noob, I dont deny this, However I followed everything exactly up until running my renamed "Notepad" in the WoW directory when i recieved a simple message back... "Injection Failed"

Anyone else with this problem or similar?

Yes and No... I thought it was about to crash out my computer, But the MPQ file has a lot in it and takes a while to load i guess

Have a bit of patience (+- 2 - 3 mins), Then if that doesn't work post again

Notepad.exe as seen in his World of Warcraft folder is actually a renamed MEFix, The latest version of this is posted on the contributor forums, and asked to be kept private by the author, However it has leaked around on the web and is easily pick-up'able as i have done it myself.
