[Guide] Make custome skins

When i open the file Patch.MPQ in MWCS i cant seem to find alot of textures fx the raptor mount.. anyone know why?

you have to open the patch fiiles in the 'Data' folder

Ok, so I download MyWarCraftStudio, open it up, hit the folder icon, look up Program Files/World of Warcraft/Data , Then I hit Patch.mpg, then open. And NOTHING shows up, I tried the other patches to, including the on in the en us folder. NOTHING is showing up. What am I doing wrong?

[EDIT] I see others in this same thread asking the same thing, I dont see any answers to this problem, though. PLEASE HELP!

Meh, I added my new BLP to the common.mql and deleted the old one. However when I went to view the blp on WCS but it said something like 'cannot extract'. I then tried to start up WoW and it told me my files were corrupt (lucky I had a backup). Any idea what went wrong?

Is it possible for you to change 'skin' of the following armour?

Bloodfang (to something more silvery and black).
Exalted (same as above).

I edited the common.MPQ and it worked! Still wondering why making a new MPQ didn't work..

Hi all! I see a lot of ppl have problem with open of the patch.MPQ!
Listen! If you cant open the patch.MPQ go here MyWarCraftStudio 0.8 and download it! Is MyWarcraftStudio 0.8! For me its working!
