[Request] Color change of the glow - Vengeful Chain Spaulders

Hello ! Ive read many guides here and I changed my stuff quite a bit but what I couldnt achieve is to change the color of the glow on the Gronnstalker/S3 shoulders which is yellow. I want to make it light green. If you have an idea how I could make this I will be thankful. I couldnt understand the hex method  I cant upload .m2 sorry.
There arent any threads on how to do such thing

Get Cryect's Tools, stick either shoulderpad (left or right) in m2modder, go to Change particles, then Change textures. If there is more than one texture listed, either take a wild guess or look all of them up in WMS and compare to the one you want to change. Take note of the texture's number (all the way on the left). Then go back to Change particle main menu (input -1 at the texture menu). Then go to Change colors (c). Input the number that you just noted to change that particular particle. There are 3 numbers given: start color, middle color and end color. It is just like any other hex color code except that there's 2 extra digits at the start, which set the opacity. Look up a hex color chart and change the colors of the particle accordingly (don't change the first 2 digits in the three colors).

Ok I almost got it but there is 1 problem. I know now that the texture I want to change is with number 1.
When I go in the particle menu there is this iformation given:

    Textures
    0 Flags: 239 Bone : Pos : 00.03 0.18 -0.05 Texture : 2 Blend: 4 Type: 1
    Colors 00ffcc00 32ff9f00 00c73800
    Sizes 0.36 0.28 0.22
    Slowdown 0.0 Rotation -0.25
From what I understand I should write the number of the texture , and then I should keep the 00 the 32 and the 00 and I should write something like:
    1 00****** 32****** 00******
So I go back with " -1 " and then chose to change color and then I write it and it goes nuts scrolling the same text like broken TV. Any ideas ?
To be exact I wrote the following:
    1 0033ff66 3200ff66 0033cc66

Put the "1" in first, hit enter, then the first hex code, enter, 2nd hex code, enter etc.

Also, quit the m2modder application by going all the way to the first menu and then pressing Q to be sure it saves the changes.

It still doesnt work! It seems that the first hex code cant be changed ... I mean the first color but it is 00 anywayz so it is invisible in game so I found a workaround -> just change the other 2 colors and you are rdy to go

I have another question tho - how can I add particles on the head of my bow(glow i mean) and is it bannable cause I am basically changing the model.
The pextracter doesnt work for me. I write the name and description and it doesnt extract the particles.
