    .MPQs wont work.

All right, this is my problem.
I made a genius-looking off hand book out of the model "Book of the Dead"

First I found the .blp file in MWS
Then I ran the .blp file through a converter and made it into a .tga
I modified the .tga in Photoshop.
Ran it back into the converter and made it into a .blp again
    Gave it the .MPQ extension
Putted it in the wow/data folder

Anything I missed? Since it wont work T_T

    .MPQs wont work.

You can't just name the file .MPQ, you will have to complite it with MWS and make it a patch-x.MPQ file, x=3-9 number.

well, first you have to find the treepath to the texture you want to replace (i think you can find that in MWS).
Then you must create a folder named patch-x and put all the folders from the treepath inside (for example, if the file you want is in "/World/Textures/Whatever/Stoprighthere/maht3xture.blp" you must make a folder named "World" and put it inside the patch-x folder, then make a folder named "Textures" and put it inside "World" and so on.

Then in MWS find the "make MPQ" option (cant help you here) and after making a .mpq with MWS then you can put it inside WoW/Data
