How long would it take...

...to make the entire World of Warcraft completely flat? Meaning all hills or valleys would be removed completely.

I'm not requesting this be done, it would just be interesting to know how long.

I'm not sure if it's possible, if it is I guess it would be extremely difficult. I'm not an expert at all when it comes to Terrain Switches, in fact I don't really know how. Just saying that from what I heard its extremely difficult to actually change the layout of the land. Changing the texture of the land, eg snow to grass is possible.

3-5 hours if you know what your doing. Yes it possible, why the hell you would want do I dont know. Lol.

Its really not too hard, just a matter of pulling all of the right adts and manaully renaming thousands of them.

Also there are other methods that just being the most basic thus giving me the time estimate I posted.

Perhaps, but you could do way more useful edits with that 3-5 hours. I mean I guess it could help you run faster, but some wmo's are located at certain Z axis, to find the worlds lowest adt and flatten it to match that would/could make certain areas of the game completely inaccessable, also if you removed the file while being in an area where the edit makes you at a lower z axis then the orginal game files you would simply start falling and die.

Again completely pointless.
