What to do with high level account?

I recently got access to a high level character that is on a US server and has WOTLK enabled.

First of all, I am from EU. What do I need to do to login and play this character?
(Tried changing realmlist.wtf, didn't work)

Secondly, what should I do with this account? Sell it? Goldfarm? I mean, what can I do with it that I can benefit from?

Well, you could rent it out (Big chance of being banned), or get some1 to farm gold/take gold from the acc then sell it for money purpose for you. Or sell it.
I myself could scam/farm gold on that acc for you IF i after that could keep the character when you have the gold/cash.

Then again the title said what to do with an scammed account, cookie only said you could give it to him.
