Well since its EU and you dont have the new site system, you need to call Blizzard Account Billing, and if you have E-mail, SQ and SA, CD key, BC Key, Account Name, First Name and Last name, you will be able to recall it and change the info. Don't multi bump dang it, and yes you need to call up blizz and you need to know current email, sqa, cd-key, full name and then some random info of where he lives etc.

Or hack his hotmail and change email to yours

There is no other way then that, or just keylog him or something like that.
