IMO, if it's your legal verified paypal, call em up. It's worth a shot, the WORST thing they can say is no.
Hi,
A while ago ( Nov 200 i paid for powerleveling from a certain website.
They leveled to 79 instead 80, then stripped my char and robbed my gold. After that they said they were hacked and couldnt do nothing about it. So they never finished the 'service'.
My question is, can i contact paypal to recall my money? I still got some emails from them telling they were hacked and a chatlog they apoligise for loosing my ingame stuff. Also got the 3 day blizz suspension email that they caused me.
Hi MTV, and welcome to my crib!

Paypal has huge buyer protection. If the seller advertised a service and did not fulfill it, you can open a dispute and the odds are you will win it. Having logs saying that something went wrong and that they did not complete what you paid them for is a plus.
They really never finished the job, so i am in my rights i think.
But its a while ago, back then i didnt knew i can recall money on paypal lol (shyface), it happened back in Nov-2008. So i was thinking, isnt it too late for a recall?
Hi MTV, and welcome to my crib!
Yeah, also if u still have the account, that would probably make you win no matter what.
Hopefully u didn't level the final level...
Yes i did.. :xHopefully u didn't level the final level...
Hi MTV, and welcome to my crib!
Oh well, just call paypal. Hell, if u want, u can strip ur character, use photoshop, and change the level back to 79. It shouldn't be that hard. Then take a screen shot and keep it handy.
Use the eye dropper tool to match the color, and then use a font that looks like it. easy peezy lemon squeezey.
For stripping teh char, just dump everything in the bank lol. And mail or make a guild bank with an alt, and put the gold there.
Screenshots does not help with paypal, nor emails.
It could be spoofed in any way, shape, or form.
Well at least with the Screenshot it will add another layer of proof. It doesn't hurt.
I tryed but paypal automaticly closed my 'issue', says the payment is older then 45 days.
So i am planning to call tomorrow, and say that i just found out about the recall option, and tell em how it all happend.
Hi MTV, and welcome to my crib!
Shit, I bet they stole your stuff, If i were you i'd Still cal them up and recall the money back. That is the worst site, Whats the site so that i will never go back there agian?
Paypal isnt gonna recall it, first of all 45 days have passed (So if something was wrong you should have contacted them a loooooooooooooooooong time ago)
And they told me once they didnt recall on thinks like accounts and lvling services ect
Yeh mate, it wont do any good even callng them anymore. The only thing that could help you wih this is if you paid for it using a credit card, CC > Paypal, you can call them, say service not delivered, and bam you got your money and paypal cant do anything about it.
