Character Xfer

Im planning to do a recall on my old account I sold and transferring it to my account, but I have a few questions.

1/ The last name of the accounts are the same, the first names however, are not. Would Blizzard still allow the transaction?
2/ Is there any the owner would see where the account would be transferred to? Not sure if Blizzard stores a history on the account management as to which account the character is transferred to.
