    Exploitation Model Editing

I've been away from WoW for many years, but people used to edit things like camp fires into stair cases that you could used to explore or even used to stay over the ground to avoid boss mechanics. There actually used to be threads here about it, but I don't see them anymore. So I assume this type of model editing is not possible anymore, but under the assumption I'm wrong I'd just thought I'd ask.

You think you want to do that, but you don't.

    Any particular reason why not?
There are a good handful of fights this tier where I would love to be able to just stand above everything and tunnel the boss in order to rank on warcraft logs and such.

Just go download EWT hack, I mean if we are talking about using hacks that pretty much takes the cake. Model editing is possible always, however I think people just use model editing for looks rather than exploiting mechanic.

I considered doing that. But doesn't that work off injection based memory editing and is publicly available. Meaning blizzard can easily search for it. As opposed to me just using a hex editor to manually change my game's file in order to make a toy/camp fire/etc look like something more useful.
