creature to non playing character (npc)

Hello. I am playing in a 3.3.5a private server and I like to do some model editing.
I mostly do druid forms and I need a guide on how to turn my druid cat into npc's like
Master Engineer Telonicus or
Woo Ping.



I would be very happy if someone could help me out with this.
