Rofl i just scammed skypvp to powerlvl my account and when i recalled the account they said This account is going to be reported to GM for powerleveling **** you then they signed off. Can i really get banned?

It's all about IP change
If blizzard find huge IP change in short amount of time then they will give you a warning,
