Hmm. It looks like either you have some corrupted MPQs or a older version of model viewer. I remember one of the versions I had used to do that, which is why I went back to an old version. Is that the Model Viewer from the link I posted? Try that one- it should work perfect.
yeah i have the version you posted..

that are the settings when i start the .exe after downloading it...when i add the missing .MPQ's like patch-3.MPQ, nothing changes

It should automatically detect all the MPQ files IF you pointed it to the right WoW directory when you initially started it.
It also looks like you have windows vista or windows 7? I'm pretty sure that version has been untested on either of those versions of windows.
Try this first:
1) Make sure model viewer is closed
2) Navigate to: 'C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft Model Viewer\userSettings' and delete the file called Config.ini
3) Start model viewer- it should ask you to locate your WoW directory. Point it to the data folder of an updated WoW client.
4) Try finding your stuff again
If the above doesn't work, you might want to look into making sure your video card drivers, DirectX drivers, etc are up to date. if they are, try reinstalling model viewer. After those two, you might also have to consider it may not be compatible with Win Vista/7
Edit: Taking another look, there's also a log file in that directory. Open it with Notepad or Wordpad and see if it recorded any errors on startup.

the weird thing is, that the newest version works..but this version doesnt..i tried the config.ini method, but when i start the modelviewer, it doesnt ask me, so i cant locate the folder(its instantly loaded, even after deleting the config)..but in the log the folder is right
edit: no errors in the log.txt
.....
Ok, so the newest version of Model viewer works? Just use that one? I'm not sure what the issue is there. The older version of MV will do exactly what you displayed, it did that to me too. It just doesn't work right with the newer MPQ/BLP formats
