Scamming onmywaygame.com and visa

Ok so i tried doing the onmywaygame.com scam, when i had no time on my account. they agreed to do it for a free 1 month time, but no benefit to character, which is fine because i was planning on scamming them anyways.

if i wanted to scam them, could i get into legal troubles by changing my account pass while their visa is in there?
