Pink hair still on scalp/bones after GnmF > ScM

I used a GnmF > ScM swap from the simple model edits section. Then I changed the jaw using the jaw guide (which came out fine). When I logged on I realized my hair, arm bones, and leg bones were all pink, my original gnome's hair color. So I used the guide to change the hair color from pink to the undead black. When I log on the hair is black (I did ScM hair style 4), but the scalp and bones remain pink. How do I correct this?
