Screw over a scammer?

So i got a guy who wants to trade a druid for gold, my gold.

I got his Login/password and I know his Email address, where he lives ish.
And it is not linked to a Bnet.


I was thinking I could link it to my Bnet, Xfer char to my account and get the donor account banned for botting or some shiz.

What are my chances? (also i would use a Proxy by/near his geographical location)





the reason i think he is a scammer is because he says its his brothers and he wont tell me the SQ/a cause he doesn't know it and he doesn't know the email password. He sounds trustworthy, but we know what that counts in 2 months when you lose your account.

1) Attach it to your b.net
2) transfer asap
3) Get his account banned for botting or hacking
4) Call in to blizz and get YOUR account taken off
5) attach your account to a new b.net account ;D

I'm new to this stuff so why would have to do step 1, 4, and 5?

Could you just transfer yours to a new account and then ban this I don't see why that would work but I'm probably missing a piece of info.

Because if you make a new account all the info will be the same as his but if you attach them to b.net you can put your info on it
