[Request] Aquatic Form

Some time ago there was a model edit to swap Aquatic form to the cute big blue eyed penguin model that players received in the Beta test of Wotlk. I would love if someone could fix this swap for me .. the one I have saved on my computer doesn't work anymore

I use the Druids of Azinoth model swap for Bear and Cat forms and would love the Aquatic one to just me a .MPQ file to stick in the data folder. Please and thanx ..
