Quick paypal question!!

So how long does someone have to dispute a payment on Paypal? because i scammed this guy, but i know he is probably gonna recall it, but i have been waiting a while and he hasnt done it yet, so i was just wondering how long i need to wait before i know its safe to go out and spend the money.

Well After 10 days I don't think he can send a recall, or wait, No You get 10 days to decide what you wanna do with that recall.
I mean How can he take something he sent you without signing a legal document saysing he wanted something for it.

I doubt you will get any trouble if you don't send the recalled money.

Well if he disputes it then there is almost a 100% chance he will get it back because he is the buyer. Idk if you knew but paypal honestly doesn't care about the seller, they are a company made for the buyer. You sold him something great, prove it. If you can't prove that he received it then he wins end of story, money gone, case closed.

If he disputes than it usually takes PayPal 2-5 Minutes to respond.

Yea i know that, but he hasn't disputed yet, which is weird because he was obviously a chinese gold farmer, but its been hours and he hasn't disputed yet, once again my question is how long does he have to file this dispute before im safe?
