What do I do with patches?

Hey,

I recently installed Andrige druid form model edits

I simply downloaded the files (patches) renamed the ones I needed and placed them into the "Data" folder.. now i want to do some race edits and I have found the patches, but when I place those patches in the data folder it does not work, what am i supposed to do?

Sometimes you need an MEF (model edit fix) search it on mmowned and there are two good ones if you can't fine them ill give you the links

Download ME-fix, name the patches like patch-X.MPQ with X a random number from 3 till 9, then run wow with ME-fix, press f8 and then typ in your login info and then your patches works.

so do I just download the model edit fix and just place the patch file in the data folder and play wow normally? please someone link me a fix that will do this, also will the change affect EVERYONE? i want a edit for UD female - UD male, but I dont want all UD females to look like UD male

Hey, well I downloaded WoW ME-fix 2.4.3 and i managed to copy/paste a UD female - UD male into data folder launched WoW with WoWME and pressed F8 and logged it, and it worked! but my jaw was missing.. and I was wondering how can i change the features of the char?
