i recently got an account, i have all info regarding it: name,pass,sq&a full name , and i successfully changed the original email to my email.
i am wondering, can the original owner of the account get it back??

Yes, very easily, they just need to call back up and change it. The only way to be 100 percent sure is too make a new account and transfer it onto that, The new account must have the same last name as the original account. Then get the original account banned and voila. It will cost you around 65 dollars though.
