[Question] Model Changing on Mac

Was wondering if it is possible to change races on mac. I've done it before on windows (thanks for those who helped me) and was wondering if it is possible on a mac.
Like to change female Draenei to Undead male.

Help/answers greatly appreciated ^^.

I think you should edit in bootcamp. MAc editing, is not as successful as windows editing. And if you need race convertions for yourself, they are all on the forum

Thanks for the quick answer! I want to stay away from bootcamp as I like the smoothness on how wow runs on mac. Do you know if there are any model edit programs/ exe's that work for mac? Even if the mpq's aren't great in how they change the race (ex. mouth missing on undead) or minor glitches like that I'm fine with. I'm shadow so you don't see much, just want the basic texture.
