    [Question] model changing without modeleditfix.exe

I used modeleditfix.exe once and now I start WoW like normal. But model changing does work anyway. I am confused. Why is this? I just use Black tiger for druid form and phoenix for alliance mount.

    Some edits don't require fix.
    If it's a simple m2/blp swap, then you won't need a fix.

    Not right, Dragon[Sky].
It depends on where the model is stored.
WoW checks for changed data in
    • DBFilesClient\
    • Character\
    • World\
    • and maybe some other.

If it only changes other files, it wont be nuked.

Re: [Question] model changing without modeleditfix.exe

Do you know why i would get an error saying "Character\Scourge\Male\ScourgeMale.m2 is corrupt" ? Is my modeleditfix out of date?
