why are the conversions bigger than the actual race models? as in i did gnome - undead and my undead model is bigger than other undead models of the horde. there any way to change this?

almost the same for me... i change my tauren to blood elf and i get a HUGE blood elf... =(

i think im doing everything right, but still when i put the patch.MPQ to data folder and start my game it crahes everytime when i try to take that race that i tried to change. so pls can you help?
