had a taure to gnome change and my gnome wasnt that big, but all tauren to horde are as big as original tauren.

You don't have the correct MEF for 2.3, like I've said before there was 4 or 5 different versions. There's no telling which one you got. There was 3 released for PTR versions of 2.3, getting a leaked version does NOT help.
