The v0.4-alpha will work for 18918, atleast that's what I used for my stuff in the post above yours.

How can I change the language of extracted voice files? I've read on previous pages that CASCExplorer supports multiple language id's, but I don't see the option to change which region language should be extracted. I can extract voice files but they are not in english (instead it's korean or chinese, I think).

That's because by default it uses "OnlineMode" - downloading files instead of reading local files. Extraction speed depends on your connection speed. That option can be changed in config.

Modcraft - View topic - ADT Converter MOP -> WOTLK

Though you're gonna have to edit the code a bit to work with WoD files.
