Extracting files using CASCExplorer is hit or miss. Some files extract, some files don't.
I get a try-catch error in ExtractProgess:
Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.

Whatever that means.

Hey folks, i wanna do a spell swap, and nobody cares as far as i've seen because i already opened a post and no one asked me.
I wanna swap the New version's templar veredict for the Cataclysm one. I have cata wow downloaded, so i was wondering if i could extract from mpq file the old model, and put it on my retail wow folder.
I know that now there are no mpq files since WoD, but there must be a way to do this. ATLEAST, answer me, i need a replie.

I havent found a tutorial or tool yet to do this.

Is wow-b a custom exe? If so where do I pick it up at?

wow-b.exe was beta client exe.

Alright. How do I just extract a listfile from one of the latest clients?

Listfile is not included in files, you must generate it from dbc files and other files, where you can find path to files. There is no app for it, you must write your own

Ahoy i just seeked the whole day in my files. is there a way to extract the Quest Cinematics Voice? The Voice of Garrosh vs. Thrall? hope someone knows where to find this

..Or how about uh, does anyone have a recently up-to-date list file for WoD 6.2 that isn't from CascExplorer (as theirs was last updated in April; there were new files after that time that I wish to explore)

I was also looking for it, but end up with my own listfile of things that I wanted. Best way is just generated it by yourself.
