I start WoWME loading begins, but World of warcraft is not started (loading breaks) if I delete from folder Data a file patch-5.MPQ That WowMe I am started World of Warcraft normally, than a problem? What do I do not so?

I have this same problem. WoW is trying to open, but doesn't even reach the log in screen - simply closes.

Edit: I'm having no trouble running the game with the MPQ file in place with the 3.0.08 MEF.

I dont know if i do something wrong, I put the patch-5.MPQ in Data Folder, i use the WowMe from your topic, and each time Wow is not able to open.. That suck a little because its the first time i found something intersting.. Ps: Great job

Being unable to load the game, aside from incorrect MPQ-MEF may be either contributed from the pack of the MPQ file, or your Operating System.

Out of the people reporting these problems, who is running Vista?

I'll also need to know if anyone is getting any physical errors. Not just the game failing to load without anything to accompany it.

No, i dont use Vista, i use Windows XP, and the game is about to start and close for no reason.. I have try to change the name but still not working.. :S

Right Click on Wowme, and use Run as.. Thats supposed work :P

It more or less refuse to load any .MPQ files with modified dbc files, so I wonder if anyone with same setup as me, have been able to get this edit to work?
