Quick Question

Ok so i had a scammed account and i xfered 2x chars off it to a new account.. changed the names and made new chars on a completely different account with the sames names that they originally had on there old main server/account hoping to delete some sort of ties to the new one..

i have a auth on the account ( original main one the real owner had) but i know he can easily remove that.. i recalled it about 10 min before blizz closed friday to avoid him recalling but its like we recalled the same time.. cuz he recalled again.. leaving it impossible for me to ban the account.

I went to recall it today since it was closed all weekend and they said the account is locked and no changes can be made by phone since the account is going through a retrieval process..



SO MY QUESTION IS

im pretty much ****ed right? he is gonna get his chars back or what?
