Paypal Alternative?

Is there a Paypal alternative that allows sending and recieving from other paypal accounts, and buying from paypal merchants? Paypal decided they no longer want to do business with me ( Created the account 2 weeks ago) for god knows why since they don't "reveal" any information unless you have a lawyer present.

Anyways, i think theres no way to send to paypal using other online banking sites, well you can trade currencies with people between sites.
Your A some guy is B.
A. Has account random site so does B.
A. Sends money to B-s random site
B. Sends from hes paypal to A-s paypal
