    Need help with getting a Paypal..
    Hello all, so of course I'm under 18 (Only 1 year away..Can't wait..Gah). So no bank account for me.
    I've been trying to get myself a Paypal account..

    I've tried verifying with a NetSpend bank account, every time ending up with a limited Paypal account.

    I have another option to use one of my parent's MasterCards. Obviously I do not have their consent, and will never get it. Haha..
    My question about this, is when adding the card you have to verify it. Paypal will take out $1.50 and put it back. Can they tell if this has been done? Will we get a phone call or email saying money has been taken out by Paypal?

    Finally, my last option would be an unverified Australian Paypal.
    Will it get limited as soon as I get money on it? What are the limitations to this?

    I really only need a Paypal to sell an account and make a $6 purchase for another game, then I'll close the account.

    Is there any other online banks that actually work?

    Metabank, there used to be a guide around telling you how.. I used metabank for mine.. Just go make an online banking account you can use fake info if you want.

    I think you people are seeking for something where you can verify your PayPal Account.
    I clicked here PayPal verification Tips & Suggestion and I followed the instruction and now I've got a Free Card from Payoneer Debit Master Card the process is easy and simple.
    Payoneer Debit MasterCard with $31.05 WOW ................... and I've finish verifying my PayPal Account and one new thing PayPal can send money to Payoneer Debit MasterCard if its from friendfinder.com
    You people can take a look if you people need it .........
