Free mounts from Wowstore wut

Apparently Blizzard gives out free mounts to loyal customers. "Veterans" the GM called it.

Friend of me got Grinning Reaver for free when asking for a refund on an appearance change cuz he ****ed up, even though he said he didnt want it.

I made a ticket literally saying "so why havent I gotten a mount? I'm like a sick pro customer."

He asked me which mount I wanted, and I said I wanted a celestial steed. I got a celestial steed.


So for those this might apply too, you should make a ticket and ask for it, if you want a fkin mount.


He also said there was a CD on this."Usually about 6-12 months, it's not really a timed sort of thing but these offers are clearly noted on your account so it's taken into account if an opportunity presents itself." (I asked)

I never make tickets, so the "opportunity" wouldnt really present itself.

Just FYI: I've used a shit ton of money on stupid shit, and have had accounts since vanilla that r on that battle.net, and my friend who also got a mount has had his account since vanilla.

So it's hard to tell what defines "veteran" on their part.

few days ago i asked for a refund for mistakenly buying faction change instead of race change, because it wouldn't let me buy race change unless i use up that faction change first, so i hit up a gm to refund faction change or remove it and they told me to use my current faction change and gave me another free faction change and gave me a choice of free game time or 10$ blizzard store pet.

(i used the cheap wowservice thing, so there was a profit in there somewhere)

So can anyone else verify this? If not this is another BS THEORY.

It's not something you ask for, usually. They are supposed to give that shit as a surprise when you come to them with an issue.

I told them I literally never make tickets, so I would never be in a situation to recieve this. As I've spent literally 5000 euroes on this b.net account, it made me salty that I have never been offered anything like this. Something like that is what I said.

Why the **** would I troll about this? Dunno. Not my problem that you are incapable of doing something as simple as this correctly.

I can confirm that veterans who have not got anything fo free can get some things for free, I don't know about a mount but when I was SPEAKING with a gm over the phone I got a FREE Faction change.
